系統架構如下圖所示,SW2000 電腦中安裝 AB DF1 Serial、Melsec Serial,Omron Serial,OPC Server, 分別利用SW2000 Com1,Com2,Com3與其對應PLC連線。 SW2000 電腦中安裝另一支程式OPCClient with Modbus Slave 分別連至上述三支OPC Server取回數值,並依照對應表設定寫至 COM4 Modbus RTU Slave 0xxxx/4xxxx訊號點,以供DCS使用Modbus RTU Master通信用。
一般科技廠縱使使用OPC Server架構做為連線的基礎,在最上層 PC1,PC2,PC3 整合時,
也會因為要整合的OPC Server過多而導致系統連線過於複雜。這時可以在系統中增加一台
SW2000 電腦,且安裝DataWorX32 統一OPC Server通信窗口。
DataWorX32提供以下兩個關鍵技術:
(1) OPC Server 和 OPC Server 之間的的資料連接; (2) OPC Server 數據整合。
這樣由SW2000 中的DataWorX32 統一將全部的OPC Server 資料點連接,系統只要單純的與DataWorX32 使用 OPC Server/Client 架構通信即可。
