PC 104 產品應用 (專案一)
系統架構如下圖所示,PC 104 電腦中安裝AB DF1 Serial、Melsec Serial,Omron Serial,OPC Server,分別利用PC 104 Com1,Com2,Com3與其對應PLC連線。
PC 104 電腦中安裝另一支程式OPCClient with Modbus Slave分別連至上述三支OPC Server取回數值,並依照對應表設定寫至COM4 Modbus RTU Slave 0xxxx/4xxxx訊號點,以供DCS使用Modbus RTU Master通信用。
 
 
PC 104 產品應用 (專案二)
一般科技廠縱使使用OPC Server架構做為連線的基礎,在最上層 PC1,PC2,PC3 整合時,也會因為要整合的OPC Server過多而導致系統連線過於複雜。這時可以在系統中增加一台PC 104 電腦,且安裝DataWorX32 統一OPC Server通信窗口。
DataWorX32提供以下兩個關鍵技術:
(1) OPC Server 和 OPC Server 之間的的資料連接; (2) OPC Server 數據整合。這樣由PC 104 中的DataWorX32 統一將全部的OPC Server 資料點連接,系統只要單純的與DataWorX32 使用 OPC Server/Client 架構通信即可。
